Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred
- Completion of Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service training
- Ability to deliver high level of customer service under pressure
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to calculate and complete liquid measurements
- Ability to do simple math and count change accurately

Job Duties
- Attend Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service training and adhere to responsible alcohol and tobacco service policy
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar patrons
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Record drink orders accurately into the register system
- Collect guest payment and process credit card charges
- Take and record food orders and deliver to bar patrons
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of the bar area
- Arrange bottles and glasses attractively and functionally
- Clean glasses, utensils and bar equipment
- Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks
- Communicate low stock items to the food and beverage manager
- Follow closing and duty lists
- Report equipment and maintenance issues
- Limit problems related to excessive drinking by following procedures
- Demonstrate commitment through positive interactions and quality service
- Perform additional assignments as directed by management
- Ensure regular and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts
