Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • TIPS certification
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide bar menus
  • Make drink recommendations
  • Mix drinks and pour beer and wine
  • Serve beverages to customers
  • Restock bar supplies and liquor inventory
  • Clean the bar, tables, and work areas
  • Collect payments and return change
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify customer identification
  • Manage bar opening and closing operations
  • Ensure health and food safety standards are met
