Out West Restaurant Group shares this commitment and aims to positively impact the lives of its employees, known as Outbackers, by fostering a culture that prioritizes fairness, respect, and growth opportunities.

The Bartender role at Out West Restaurant Group offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team known for delivering the 'AUS-SOME' dining experience, where each customer is treated like a guest in someone’s home. As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of this experience, responsible not only for crafting perfect drinks but also for creating memorable moments through friendly, attentive service that meets guests' preferences. You will play a vital role in exceeding customer expectations by being knowledgeable about menu offerings, upselling drinks, and providing support to servers. This position embodies the spirit of teamwork and customer focus that is central to Outback Steakhouse’s success.

Working as a Bartender here means embracing a fast-paced environment where safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards are paramount. You will use your skills to mix and serve cocktails with precision, adhere to recipe standards, and ensure responsible alcohol service. Your expertise will be called upon to aid servers with beverage selections and create an inviting, hospitable environment. The job requires physical endurance and manual dexterity, as well as the ability to work in varied temperature conditions and low lighting.

Out West Restaurant Group places a strong emphasis on career growth, offering a Shift Leader program with comprehensive on-the-job training, and promoting from within wherever possible. The company’s culture rewards hard work and leadership and supports work-life balance by providing benefits like closed holidays for Thanksgiving and Christmas, flexible scheduling, and meal discounts. The organization also offers a comprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as accrued paid sick leave and public health emergency leave for eligible employees under state laws. Moreover, employees have access to a company-sponsored Employee Assistance Program, underscoring the group’s commitment to supporting its team members.

Joining Out West Restaurant Group as a Bartender means becoming part of an award-winning team recognized for excellence and community service. With accolades such as the International Franchise Association’s Franchisee of the Year Award and consistent ranking among the top franchisees nationally, the company stands out not only for operational excellence but for its dedication to social responsibility. If you seek a career filled with fun, learning, and professional growth, this is an ideal path. Applicants will find a welcoming, inclusive workplace that values diversity and equal opportunity, ensuring that every employee can thrive regardless of background or personal circumstance.
