Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid food handler certification required
- Applicable state certification for alcohol service required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working at a full-service bar
- Ability to effectively communicate in English verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus, and classic cocktail preparation
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and frequently bend, kneel, reach or twist
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation required
- Adherence to proper work attire standards and personal hygiene
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide Guests with exceptional service in a safe and clean environment
- Greet Guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Verify that Guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age
- Maintain full knowledge of bar and menu items, and provide recommendations
- Accurately take food and beverage orders from Guests at the bar in a timely manner
- Deliver food and beverage orders within designated time frames
- Consistently utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales
- Set up the bar and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- Assist in ordering liquor and bar-related supplies as needed
