Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Cinepolis operates 26 luxury and premium theaters across key states including California, Florida, New Jersey, Connecticut, Texas, Maryland, and Ohio, with continued plans for expansion. As part of the global Cinepolis International brand—recognized as the most popular movie theater exhibitor worldwide—Cinepolis USA combines innovation, film, and hospitality to create memorable entertainment experiences for guests. With a commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction, the company fosters a dynamic environment focused on film lovers and hospitality excellence.
At Cinepolis USA, the role of a Bartender is integral to crafting an unparalleled guest experience, setting the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. This position is embedded within the Operations department of the theater and reports directly to the General Manager. Bartenders are the core of the entertainment and hospitality atmosphere, blending the art of beverage creation with superior customer service. They are expected to bring a spirit of excellence and fun to every interaction, ensuring guests feel welcomed and indulged throughout their visit.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and skilled in beverage service, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Bartenders are responsible for preparing drinks accurately and efficiently following established recipes and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and managing stock levels. They demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to interact positively with guests, co-workers, and management. A key responsibility includes verifying guests’ ages to ensure compliance with legal alcohol consumption policies and managing alcohol service responsibly.

The culture emphasizes recognition and appreciation, including “Cinepolite of the Month” awards with special privileges such as private watch parties and promotional campaigns.
The role requires flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the physical demands of the job involve standing, bending, walking, and occasional lifting, all within an active theater environment with typical levels of noise and activity. The company promotes a safe, inclusive workplace that adheres to Equal Employment Opportunity standards, fostering diversity and non-discrimination across all job classifications. Through ongoing training and support, Cinepolis empowers bartenders to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused role that contributes significantly to the brand's promise of delivering Film, Food, and Fun to every guest.
