Job Requirements

  • Must have proven experience as a bartender or in food service preferably with fine dining or nightclub environments
  • Must be familiar with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
  • Must have strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
  • Must have knowledge of food safety regulations food handling and responsible alcohol service practices
  • Must be able to perform basic math accurately for cash handling retail math and billing purposes
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid food handler's permit if required by local regulations
