Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to learn mixology and cocktail crafting
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Good physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and team player mindset

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience required
Knowledge of mixology and the ability to whip up both classic and innovative drinks
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly, approachable manner
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be 21+ and possess valid alcohol service certification (if applicable in your location)

Job Duties

Create and serve classic cocktails, signature drinks, and mocktails with precision and flair
Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, positive attitude
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and prepping supplies
Engage with patrons to ensure they have an enjoyable and personalized experience
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Collaborate with other team members to keep the space lively and efficient
Follow all safety and health regulations, including alcohol-serving laws
