Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in bartending or similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
Job Duties
- Craft alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to company standards
- Guide guests through beverage and food menus with recommendations
- Take accurate drink orders and serve guests responsibly
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe bar area
- Provide friendly, attentive service that encourages guest return
- Follow health and safety standards including sanitation protocols
- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies
