Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement and authorization to work in the United States
- ability to bend reach squat and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to work in a team environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks mixes and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks appetizers and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe glassware and garnish
- accurately input food and drink orders into the POS system
- ensure customers are well attended offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- deliver and settle the check promptly thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
