- Connect guests to the brewhouse escape through expertise in BJ's beverage and food pairings
- Make recommendations that exhilarate the taste buds
- Craft memorable moments with expert execution of craft beverage recipes
- Perform beer and wine service techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with team members to deliver gracious hospitality
