Job Requirements

Proven working experience as a bartender for 3-5 years
Ability to keep track of guest orders
Ability to track the overall experience of each individual table
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must possess a Maricopa County Food Handler Card
Must hold an Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification

Job Duties

Follow and execute the Genuine Concepts steps of service
Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks
Assess guest's needs and preferences and make recommendations
Check guest's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking requirements
Restock stations before/after service
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
