Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a bartender for 3-5 years
  • Ability to keep track of guest orders
  • Ability to track the overall experience of each individual table
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must possess a Maricopa County Food Handler Card
  • Must hold an Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification

Job Duties

  • Follow and execute the Genuine Concepts steps of service
  • Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks
  • Assess guest's needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Check guest's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking requirements
  • Restock stations before/after service
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
