Job Requirements

must be able to speak and read English
minimum age of 21
must have legal authorization to work in the country
ability to stand for extended periods
strong customer service orientation
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

prior bartending experience preferred
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
enthusiasm for guest service and hospitality
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

manage bar inventory
maintain and update recipe list
prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company standards
create meaningful guest experiences through exemplary hospitality
participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment
ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
adhere to safety and alcohol service regulations
