Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages according to local laws
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred experience in hotel or related field
- Completion of bartender school or course preferred
- Minimum one year bartending experience preferred
- Maintain up-to-date alcohol serving certification such as TIPS
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Maintain punctuality and attendance
- Adhere to dress code and grooming standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers in a courteous and service-oriented manner
- Take accurate drink and food orders
- Mix cocktails and prepare beverages following standard recipes
- Perform cashier duties including processing guest transactions
- Set up and clean the bar before and after shifts
- Stock and organize bar supplies including liquor, glassware, and garnishes
- Use suggestive selling to increase sales
- Maintain up-to-date alcohol serving certification
- Adhere to all local and national liquor laws
- Check orders for quality before serving
- Manage beverage cost by minimizing waste
- Take inventory and requisition supplies daily
- Operate POS system for transactions
- Pre-bus and bus tables
- Attend meetings and training as required
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to dress code
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment
