Job Requirements

Must have 6 months of bartending experience
Guest focused mindset
Teamwork is a must
21+ years of age
Alcohol certification as required
Can effectively communicate with management, team members, and guests
Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

Ability to work effectively within a team
Effective communication skills with management, team members, and guests
Must be at least 21 years of age
Possession of alcohol certification as required

Job Duties

Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
Welcoming and engaging with all guests while being an ambassador of fun
Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
Showcasing extensive beer, wine and cocktail knowledge
Delivering food and drinks timely and anticipating guest's needs
Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures and policies
Processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back
Maintaining a stocked, clean and safe bar
Completing side duties
