Job Duties
- Acknowledge bar guests within 30 seconds of their arrival creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere
- serve all bar guests according to the beverage menu showcasing expert knowledge of cocktails beer wine and other offerings
- accurately and promptly fill cocktail orders for the dining room ensuring all servers receive their drinks in a timely manner
- follow the steps of service meticulously to provide each guest with consistent high-quality service
- anticipate guest needs and provide proactive seamless service throughout their visit
- engage with guests to create memorable experiences that reflect 30hops polished yet energetic atmosphere
- maintain the bar as a central feature of the restaurant ensuring it is clean organized and fully stocked at all times
