Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- ability to obtain required alcohol service certifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
- physical ability to handle, move, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous work as a bartender is advantageous for this role
- grasp of bartending basics, mixology principles, and ongoing trends in the bartending scene
- proficient in obtaining all necessary alcohol service certifications as outlined by both Aramark and state or local standards
- exhibits exceptional hospitality through a friendly attitude and extensive knowledge of beverages
- displays exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities, ensuring accuracy and a thorough attention to detail

Job Duties
- Acknowledge arrivals, document patron orders, and execute transactions through cash or credit card processing
- offer a diverse array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the attendees
- hand out beverages to servers from the service well, if required
- respect the alcohol service guidelines and safe drinking protocols, including the verification of customers' age to ensure they are of legal drinking age
- ensure compliance with the cash handling policies and procedures set forth
- arrange and dismantle workstation setups, with an emphasis on sanitizing and hygiene maintenance
- keep track of inventory levels and ensure products are stocked adequately
- anticipate and fulfill guest needs to deliver remarkable service and ensure guest delight
- exhibit an optimistic approach when communicating with guests, clients, and co-workers
- secure the protection of company valuables
