Job Requirements

Previous 2 years customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Passion, knowledge, interest in health, fitness and/or wellness
Ability to build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English
Able to stand for the duration of shifts, often up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds, up to 5 times per shift
Comfortable with exposure to steam, varying temperatures, and humidity
High energy, excellent communication, team-oriented, and diligent work ethic
Must obtain a Food Handler's Card and complete all required training and certifications within 2 weeks of hire date
Hours vary Monday - Sunday, days, evenings, and weekends
Must have flexible availability including holidays

Job Duties

Warmly greet guests upon eye contact, providing energetic and prompt service
Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, and other beverages according to Kreation's recipes and standards
Maintain a deep understanding of Kreation's menu items, including ingredients, health benefits, and customization options
Share this knowledge with guests to enhance their experience
Ensure the beverage station and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
Follow Health Department guidelines to maintain a sanitary work environment
Drive company sales growth and profitability through customer-centric selling, teamwork, superior product knowledge, and impeccable customer experience
Adhere to best practices for portioning, waste reduction, and quality control to ensure consistency and minimize waste
Work closely with other Krew members to ensure smooth operations, including assisting with other tasks as needed during busy periods
Accommodate guest requests for customized beverages, offering alternatives and substitutions to meet their needs
Maintain a safe, clean and sanitized work area that is appealing to our guests
