Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work and learn in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work 15-40 hours a week
- Reliable transportation is preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn multiple roles within the restaurant
- Basic food safety knowledge is beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests, delivering excellent customer service in every circumstance
- Help build culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
- Support manager and team as needed
- Learn and perform varied positions such as cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad and sandwich maker, barista, dishwashing, and dining cleanliness
- Maintain commitment to health and food safety
- Assist in assembling menu items quickly, correctly, and consistently
- Ensure dining area cleanliness and guest satisfaction
