Job Duties
- Provide genuine connection to each and every local that comes through the door
- master the Bluestone Lane standard of making coffee on state-of-the-art La Marzocco espresso machinery
- prepare quick grab-and-go healthy eats and pack up orders with care
- help locals navigate contactless ordering through digitally enabled platforms
- hold strictly to current health and safety standards set by Bluestone Lane and the Department of Health
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- assist in training and supporting new team members
