Job Requirements

Must be able to consistently provide excellent and engaging customer service
Ability to lift up to 20lbs

Ability to stay calm in a fast paced and sometimes stressful situations with guest
Ability to learn new recipes and techniques

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of retail experience
Experience in espresso bar service preferred but not required
Excellent customer service skills
Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
Ability to work well as part of a team or independently
Ability to stay calm in fast-paced and stressful situations
Ability to learn new recipes and techniques

Job Duties

Greeting all guests in an upbeat and professional manner
Making coffees and specialty coffees
Selling and upselling items in retail shop
Preparing and serving ice cream and gelato to guests
Replenishment of all food and beverage items
Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the shop during operating hours including sweeping, sanitizing, wiping down areas
Assisting with monthly inventory including counting, scanning, restocking, organizing
