Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time effectively
basic math skills for cash handling
physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso techniques
excellent customer service skills
ability to engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction
attention to detail and presentation to create visually appealing drinks
proficiency in cash handling and using POS systems
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
effective collaboration skills to work as part of a team

Job Duties

Preparing and serving hot or cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
operating espresso machines and other brewing equipment to create quality beverages
ensuring consistent drink quality and presentation
providing prompt and friendly customer service
educating customers on the menu and various coffee beans
managing multiple orders efficiently to ensure timely service
maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace
