We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding coffee experience to our guests. This role involves the preparation and serving of a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas. You will operate espresso machines and other brewing equipment, ensuring that every drink meets our standards of quality and presentation. Beyond beverage preparation, you will engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, offering insights about menu options and different coffee bean varieties. This helps enhance the overall guest experience and fosters a welcoming atmosphere. This position offers an hourly wage of $15, plus tips, providing a competitive compensation package for part-time team members.
