Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior food and beverage experience preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
  • availability to work a flexible schedule
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare beverages according to menu standards
  • fulfill guest orders accurately and promptly
  • maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the grab-and-go cafe
  • utilize POS system to capture orders and process payments
  • order and restock inventory supplies
  • deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms
  • perform special tasks and deliveries as assigned by supervisor or manager
