Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer-facing role
Must have good communication skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Physical capability to lift approximately 25 pounds
Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Qualifications

Prior barista experience preferred
Strong verbal communication skills
Customer service oriented
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Recording and preparing guest food and beverage orders
Offering menu suggestions to guests
Processing payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the market area
Assisting with inventory and stock replenishment
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Adhering to health and safety standards
