Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- responsible beverage service certification required
- food handlers certification required
- ability to stand and work for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to bend, stoop, or reach as needed
- ability to work flexible and long hours
- must adhere to resort policies and safety rules
Job Qualifications
- retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
- responsible beverage service certification required
- food handlers certification required
- must be at least 18 years old to operate a golf cart
Job Duties
- adhere to the company’s service culture - 4 keys to creating guests for life
- participate in team member referral program and act as a talent ambassador for the resort
- attend all required meetings and trainings
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and nametag
- prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks meeting quality standards
- handle and maintain all equipment properly
- respond to customer orders, questions, and feedback politely and efficiently
- accurately handle cash and credit card payments using proper procedures
- serve customers quickly and efficiently
- work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- demonstrate thorough understanding of menu offerings and make recommendations
- observe relevant health and safety standards
- complete opening and closing duties as per market protocols
- have thorough knowledge of all retail items
- perform additional tasks as requested by management
- abide by all resort policies and safety rules
