Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
responsible beverage service certification required
food handlers certification required
ability to stand and work for extended periods
ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
ability to bend, stoop, or reach as needed
ability to work flexible and long hours
must adhere to resort policies and safety rules

Job Qualifications

retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
responsible beverage service certification required
food handlers certification required
must be at least 18 years old to operate a golf cart

Job Duties

adhere to the company’s service culture - 4 keys to creating guests for life
participate in team member referral program and act as a talent ambassador for the resort
attend all required meetings and trainings
maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and nametag
prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks meeting quality standards
handle and maintain all equipment properly
respond to customer orders, questions, and feedback politely and efficiently
accurately handle cash and credit card payments using proper procedures
serve customers quickly and efficiently
work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask
demonstrate thorough understanding of menu offerings and make recommendations
observe relevant health and safety standards
complete opening and closing duties as per market protocols
have thorough knowledge of all retail items
perform additional tasks as requested by management
abide by all resort policies and safety rules
