Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of barista experience
- One year of customer service experience in a restaurant, bakery, or coffee shop
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to hear and speak well enough to communicate with customers, students, faculty, and staff face to face and via the telephone
- Must be able to memorize product descriptions and be able to properly describe each item in a manner that promotes sales
- Must be able to keep simple records and maintain a cash register without reoccurring errors
- Must be able to conduct inventory and report needed supplies
- Must maintain proper sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Responsible for maintaining an inviting environment for customers and guests of the school
- Maintains proper sanitation of front of house
- Responsible for the preparation of coffee/espresso drinks
- Responsible for packaging of bakery products and other products for customers
- Maintains the cash register
- Performs other duties as assigned
