The full-time Barista/Cashier position at Sullivan University is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic and welcoming environment. The role involves taking customer orders, preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages according to specifications, and packaging baked goods for customers. In addition to drink preparation, Baristas operate cash registers and process credit card transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient point-of-sale operations. The role requires strong interpersonal skills as the Barista/Cashier regularly interacts with students, faculty, staff, and guests.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of barista experience
- One year of customer service experience in a restaurant, bakery, or coffee shop
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to hear and speak well enough to communicate with customers, students, faculty, and staff face to face and via the telephone
- Must be able to memorize product descriptions and be able to properly describe each item in a manner that promotes sales
- Must be able to keep simple records and maintain a cash register without reoccurring errors
- Must be able to conduct inventory and report needed supplies
- Must maintain proper sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of barista experience
- One year of customer service experience in a restaurant, bakery, or coffee shop
- Ability to memorize product descriptions and promote sales

Job Duties
