Job Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
One year previous experience in related field
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to hear and speak well enough to communicate with customers, students, faculty, and staff face to face and via the telephone
Must be able to memorize product descriptions and properly describe each item to promote sales
Must be able to keep simple records and maintain a cash register without recurring errors
Must be able to conduct inventory and report needed supplies
Must maintain proper sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
One year previous experience in related field
An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, students, faculty, and staff
Ability to memorize product descriptions and promote sales
Ability to keep simple records and maintain cash register accuracy
Ability to conduct inventory and report needed supplies
Knowledge of proper sanitation standards

Job Duties

Responsible for maintaining an inviting environment for customers and guests of the school
Maintains proper sanitation of front of house
Responsible for the preparation of coffee/espresso drinks
Responsible for packaging of bakery products and other products for customers to travel with
Maintains the cash register
Performs other duties as assigned
