The server must have a foundational knowledge of dining room service procedures and be comfortable handling financial transactions using a point-of-sale system. Physical stamina is crucial, as the job involves standing for extended periods and safely lifting trays of food weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds. Job Requirements

  • Must love serving people
  • Must be friendly, hospitable and professional
  • Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
  • Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
  • Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
  • Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to operate a point-of-sale system
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry trays of food safely
