Our baristas also take responsibility for maintaining stock levels and ensuring brewing equipment is in top working condition, reporting any issues promptly to ensure smooth operations. Adherence to health and safety regulations is paramount, alongside effective communication with management to relay guest feedback and contribute ideas for menu improvements. The role demands individuals with excellent communication skills, flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays, and a strong ability to work cooperatively within a team. A Food Handlers certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
