Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a cannabis, coffee shop, customer service or restaurant environment
- Familiarity with cannabis products, particularly CBD and THC
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making
- Must be 21 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Display excellent sales skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible schedule with ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Previous budtending experience is a plus
Job Qualifications
