Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
- Six months to one-year relevant sales or POS experience
- Proficient with technology
- Must be available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be willing and able to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds alone and 75 pounds with a buddy
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Six months to one-year sales or POS experience
- Proficient with technology and point-of-sale software
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and patience
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good memory and recall
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with the ability to meet customer and coworker needs without constant supervision
Job Duties
- Greet patients on sales floor and or at checkout and verify purchased products
- Keep current with the dispensary flow and product knowledge
- Complete cash or card sales at the register accurately
- Maintain responsibility for all cash and credit card transactions, inventory, and merchandise assigned
- Perform cash and credit card transactions, issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or change
- Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls correctly
- Assist in online product reservations
- Assist with daily cash reconciliation
- Keep the dispensary sales floor clean, sanitized, and free of hazards
- Follow all state and federal regulations including IDFPR
- Perform other duties as assigned
