Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Willingness to train ahead of new location opening
Ability to work early shifts and weekends
Reliable and punctual
Strong team player
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to learn and operate POS systems
Strong customer service skills
Ability to prepare and serve a variety of beverages
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and punctuality
Willingness to undergo training at Glenview location
Must be 21 or older to serve alcoholic beverages

Job Duties

Take and ring orders directly into the POS tablet
Know and can prepare the entire beverage/barista menu including seasonal items
Make and pour additional beverages on the menu including alcoholic drinks if 21 or over
Know how to use and maintain barista/beverage equipment
Restock beverage supplies
Clean and organize work area
Deliver beverages to guests
Support other tasks as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
Perform opening/closing and on shift side work and maintenance properly
