The Barista/Apps position at Din Tai Fung is a crucial back-of-house role where you will engage in a variety of tasks that bring the DTF experience to life behind the scenes. You will be responsible for preparing all beverages at the Boba station, plating appetizer items at the side station, and carefully packing takeout orders at the Packing Station. All duties must be performed in strict accordance with established recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring precision, consistency, and efficiency in service delivery. This role requires multitasking and managing three stations while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and stock levels. Inventory management and restocking duties are essential to maintain smooth operations throughout your shift.
