The Barista/Apps position at Din Tai Fung offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the culinary team in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment. This role is integral in preparing beverages, plating appetizers, and managing packaging for takeout orders, all while adhering strictly to established recipes and standard operating procedures. It is a Back of House kitchen role that requires multitasking across three key stations: the Boba station for drink preparation, the Side station for plating appetizer items, and the Packing station for organizing takeout orders.

In addition to hands-on food and beverage preparation, the Barista/Apps team member is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization across all stations, conducting regular inventory checks, and restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts. This position is ideal for energetic, motivated individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working in roles that involve both customer-facing essentials and back-end kitchen support.
