The position available is for a Dining Service Attendant who plays a crucial role in providing outstanding dining service to all casino guests efficiently and professionally. The role requires delivering prompt and courteous food and beverage services in accordance with established venue standards. The attendant is expected to maintain a polished and professional appearance, assist guests by answering questions and guiding them appropriately, and uphold clean and well-stocked side stations. The role also involves mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and guidelines, preparing specialty coffee and blended drinks, brewing various types of coffee and tea, and handling food warming and packaging.
The position demands a thorough understanding of recipes and portion control to ensure consistency and quality in all prepared items. Handling cash and payments with accuracy, adherence to cash control policies, and utilizing point-of-sale systems are fundamental responsibilities. Maintaining health and safety standards while preparing food and beverage items in a clean and sanitary environment is a must. Additionally, the attendant will be asked to support other restaurant staff with opening, closing, and maintenance duties when necessary.

Job Requirements

- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Possession of a Level 4 Gaming License

Job Duties
- Delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to venue guests in accordance with venue standards
- Maintains professional grooming and appearance
- Answers guest questions and refers them to appropriate management personnel if necessary
- Maintains cleanliness and stocks supplies at side stations
- Takes and fills all food and drink orders, assists in maintaining guests' dining areas in a clean and neat manner
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and CARE guidelines
- Prepares hot and cold specialty coffee drinks and blended beverages
- Brews coffee, iced tea, and cold coffee according to brand standards
- Heats, packages and serves pastries and sandwiches
- Dispenses gelato
- Ensures recipe and portion knowledge and retention
- Consistently executes food and beverage preparation
- Receives payment from guests promptly and courteously
- Adheres to cash control policies and procedures
- Works in a clean, sanitary, safe and organized manner abiding by health and safety regulations
- Assists other restaurant personnel with maintenance, side work, opening and closing duties as necessary
- Utilizes point-of-sale system, quotes accurate pricing, gives correct change, and accounts for all sales according to procedures
