Job Duties
- Greet each guest with genuine enthusiasm and create a welcoming environment
- Personalize interactions by remembering regular customers and making newcomers feel at home
- Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Maintain a high standard of guest service during peak hours
- Support coworkers especially during busy shifts to foster teamwork
- Communicate openly and respectfully with team members and leadership
- Take ownership of cleaning, stocking, and restocking stations
- Actively learn new drink recipes and operating procedures
- Stay calm and prioritize tasks when multitasking under pressure
