Job Requirements

- Availability to work part-time including both weekdays and weekends

- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hygiene, health and safety standards
- Friendly, courteous and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Job Duties
- Use the cash register to ring orders
- Provide quality hand-crafted beverages, whole bean and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Interact with all customers in a friendly and fast manner
- Ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the store including wiping tables, sweeping floors, throwing garbage away, and maintaining cleanliness in public restrooms such as cleaning mirrors and sinks, sweeping, and stocking supplies
- Follow operational policies and procedures including those for cash handling and safety and security
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Complete other tasks and duties as assigned based on business needs
