Job Requirements
- Possess the interest and ability to become Barista certified by passing all required trainings within 90 days of start
- Carry a friendly, energetic, and personable demeanor with a customer-first mentality
- Exhibit strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Be reliable and punctual in attendance
- Demonstrate physical ability to perform various tasks related to the role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to uphold company values and culture
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about coffee and tea products
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
- Capability to multitask and adapt to changing demands
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and engage with them throughout their store experience
- Determine customer needs through effective questioning and product knowledge sharing
- Serve customers with a sense of urgency demonstrating that they come first
- Provide consistent quality in preparing drinks and brewing coffee and tea
- Actively participate in training to learn new and promotional products and expand product knowledge
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked store environment
- Follow company policies and procedures and adapt to operational needs as they change
