This particular opportunity is for full-time Baristas, who will become an essential part of Aramark’s team dedicated to providing unforgettable customer service experiences in a fast-paced and social environment. The role involves preparing specialty drinks such as coffees, teas, and other beverages according to brand and quality standards. In addition to drink preparation, Baristas assist with food preparation, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and coffee bar stations. This position requires a blend of technical skills and a passion for customer service — greeting customers warmly, anticipating their needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Baristas at Aramark are entrusted with accurate operation of registers and POS systems, maintaining and balancing cash drawers, and adhering strictly to cash handling policies. They are responsible for stocking beverage coolers and grab-and-go items and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines rigorously to uphold the company’s standards. Physical demands of the job include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended periods of walking and standing. The use of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) may also be required.
