Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining Omni uniform and appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to memorize a large amount of beverage recipes in a timely manner
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Omni Hotels and Resorts
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and set a positive example
- Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
- Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful coaching
- Contribute to positive team environment by recognizing changes in partner morale and performance and communicating to store manager
- Deliver legendary customer service by acting with customer-first attitude and connecting with customers
- Follow Omni policies for cash handling safety and security, count bank deposit and balance house bank at end of shifts
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Maintain attendance and punctuality standards
- Provide quality beverages and food products by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Attend monthly store meetings and training sessions
- Recognize and reinforce team and individual accomplishments using Omni Service Champion cards
