Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Prior customer service or coffee shop experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic math and cash handling abilities
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks requiring dexterity
  • Committed to becoming Barista certified within 90 days of hire

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage is preferred
  • Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about coffee and tea
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and engage with them throughout their store experience
  • Determine customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
  • Serve customers with a sense of urgency demonstrating customer-first mentality
  • Prepare drinks and brew coffee and tea consistently with high quality
  • Participate actively in training for new and promotional products
  • Maintain cleanliness and well-stocked coffee bar and store
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently
