Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent education/experience
  • Three to six months in a food and beverage services environment or establishment
  • Able to mix drinks correctly
  • Provide exceptional service to all guests
  • Able to multitask and handle all the equipment especially in a bar that uses modern technology
  • Must have manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items in hand and to balance and carry trays loaded with food and beverage
  • Able to read, speak, and understand English
  • Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff, and guests

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Craft high-quality espresso and coffee beverages with consistency and care
  • Educate guests on coffee offerings, seasonal features, and flavor profiles
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inviting coffee station
  • Create a warm, conversational guest experience that encourages return visits
  • Prepare and serve beer, wine, and curated cocktails with confidence and flair
  • Act as a host for the lobby in the afternoon and evening - engaging guests, sparking conversation, and building community
  • Guide guests through beverage selections and pairings in a relaxed, elevated way
  • Support evening activations, music, or special lobby moments as needed
  • Deliver intuitive, gracious service that feels natural - never scripted
  • Maintain beverage quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with hotel and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless guest flow
