Job Requirements
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food and beverage preparation preferred but not required
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems and related technology
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- aptitude to learn and adhere to safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- teamwork and collaboration skills
- positive attitude with willingness to support colleagues
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- answer customer questions and guide beverage and café item selection
- maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the café
- unpack and stock deliveries accurately and efficiently
- operate registers quickly and professionally
- prepare food and drinks following recipes and product guidelines
- support loss prevention procedures and apply de-escalation techniques
