We are seeking a Barista to join our vibrant team at Nsight. This role is centered in a customer-facing retail coffee shop setting where the barista will be pivotal in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers by delivering prompt, friendly, and quality service. Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of food service experience preferably in a coffee house, competencies in using common kitchen and office equipment, and excellent interpersonal communication skills will be particularly well-positioned to excel. Completion of barista training programs, sanitation courses, and possession of beverage operator licenses, while preferred, will be considered advantageous. Joining Nsight means becoming part of a passionate team dedicated not just to telecommunications innovation but also to fostering a community-driven and eco-conscious workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive on providing exceptional customer service and demonstrate a commitment to quality, teamwork, and continuous learning.
