Job Duties

Create a warm and inviting environment for customers, answering questions about our variety of products
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items to assist customers effectively and recommend products as needed
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the customer experience
Prepare beverages according to company standards and customers' specific requests using the appropriate equipment
Engage customers by offering product samples and informing them of any special promotions
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, providing customers with the freshest products
Use various equipment, including refrigerators and espresso machines, while following company guidelines for safety and maintenance
Check product quality regularly and manage inventory, keeping track of sell-by dates
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, reporting any safety issues or food safety concerns
Practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and promptly reporting any issues
Prepare to work in a fast-paced environment and handle conflicts professionally and constructively
Act with integrity and confidentiality regarding customer and business information
Provide support for various customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
