Job Duties

  • Create a warm and inviting environment for customers, answering questions about our variety of products
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items to assist customers effectively and recommend products as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the customer experience
  • Prepare beverages according to company standards and customers' specific requests using the appropriate equipment
  • Engage customers by offering product samples and informing them of any special promotions
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, providing customers with the freshest products
  • Use various equipment, including refrigerators and espresso machines, while following company guidelines for safety and maintenance
  • Check product quality regularly and manage inventory, keeping track of sell-by dates
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, reporting any safety issues or food safety concerns
  • Practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and promptly reporting any issues
  • Prepare to work in a fast-paced environment and handle conflicts professionally and constructively
  • Act with integrity and confidentiality regarding customer and business information
  • Provide support for various customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
