Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Previous customer service experience
Maintain a high level of professionalism
Have six months of cash handling experience
Willingness to work swing shift
Must adhere to grooming standards with no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair and nail colors
Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Previous customer service experience
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
Minimum of six months cash handling experience
Schedule flexibility is a plus

Job Duties

Preparing and serving specialized drinks for guests such as coffees, teas, hot chocolates, and iced beverages in a courteous and professional manner
Assisting guests with available food items
Balancing cash registers accurately
Handling opening and closing procedures related to the coffee bar operations
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure total guest satisfaction
Adhering to grooming standards and company policies during shifts
