Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts with varying schedules
- Must be able to attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility
- Facilitate orientation and training of employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations such as fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, and casual dining
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
