Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes including adjustments for temperature, quantity, or ingredient substitutions
- Able to perform diverse tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to Starbucks recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their needs
- Handle cash transactions and operate the store point-of-sale system accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment including workspaces and equipment
- Follow store safety and security procedures to ensure a safe workplace
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and create a positive store atmosphere
- Adapt to multitasking and flexible responsibilities during shifts
