Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards for quality, cash handling, and safety
Engage with customers and respond to their needs using clear and pleasant communication
Prepare food and beverages following standard recipes or customized modifications
Ability to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Ability to learn quickly and understand oral and written instructions
Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No prior experience required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Basic mathematical skills for cash handling

Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area

Job Duties

Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to Starbucks recipes and customization requests
Handle cash and store transactions accurately and securely
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and deliver a great customer experience
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and focused
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers
