Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards related to beverage quality, cash handling, and store security
- engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- prepare beverages and food according to standard and customized recipes
- perform varied tasks within the store each shift

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment

- customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- quick learner with a willingness to adapt
- basic math skills for cash handling
